Dream Interpretation

Jung believed that dreams have a deeper and more profound effect on us when they reach the heart. This becomes especially apparent when we work with personal symbology and realise that dreams are not isolated events, but synchronistic with our daily lives.

Each dream should be regarded as a source of knowledge that adds something important to our consciousness. And each interpretation is an attempt to read an unknown and sacred text.

When we have a formula for working with dreams, we can look back on unintelligible dreams and be astounded at our own blindness as the absurd transforms to clarity.

This video contains a 7 step guide to interpreting dreams and how to get to the heart of dream messages.

Learn about symbology, common dream themes, how our emotions are connected to dream  and how to work with the ‘particular’ to extract soul from dream.

Try the dream formula with real life dreams designed to test your new abilities and then apply them to your own dreams.

While working with the formula, we may find your interpretation provides an epiphany or it may remain unclear.  Often, the only thing that emerges at first is a hint that looks significant. Don’t be discouraged if your dream message remains elusive – not all dreams need to be understood by our rational mind to be effective. We will explore dream images for further insight in the advanced section using embodied and somatic dreamwork.
